iburst have been deducting a debit order of my account that has been cancelled. As of 20090730, I have a new contract with iburst for R199. My old contract was complete, which was R69. I was given 2 free months subscription and free activation and sim connection aswell. Since then they have deducted on DEBIT order from my account: R268 I phoned and complained, with reference no's: 1400595; 1405861, 0010084570. Speaking to Pricilla and the last person was Carla Roberts, which both promised to have my account sorted, aswell as cancel the debit order as I will pay my account via internet banking in months to come. This has been carrying on 2 long. As a single mom, with no child support, this money deducted is a lot of month for me!!!! Im tired of been USED!!!! and not listened to!!
